๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Set up new and existing Fieldwire accounts for subscription purchases in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Process SAP sales orders and activate premium Fieldwire accounts in back-office systems.
  • Manage invoices, renewals, and collections; support cross-team ops.
  • Own and improve Ops processes with input from global Support team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Support to scale operations.
  • Lead documentation and knowledge-base updates for internal teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, CS, engineering, or math.
  • 2+ years in customer support or operations in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, SAP or billing systems, Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write SOPs and internal docs.
  • Detail oriented with multitasking and deadline discipline.
  • Remote/global team experience; construction tech familiarity is a plus.
