🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, CS, engineering, or math.
- 2+ years in customer support or operations in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, SAP or billing systems, Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write SOPs and internal docs.
- Detail oriented with multitasking and deadline discipline.
- Remote/global team experience; construction tech familiarity is a plus.
