🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in English with clear spoken and written communication.
- Experience working with customers.
- KYC/AML experience is a plus but not required.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders and maintaining compliance.
- Experience with Zendesk or Looker is preferred.
