📋 Description

  • Lead cross-border technical onboarding for new clients, API integrations, ERP connections
  • Coordinate labeling, customs documentation, and operational workflows
  • Manage projects and build strong partner relationships
  • Ensure client systems communicate with Quince logistics network

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize onboarding

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Operations
  • Strong API integrations, EDI, and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP)
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Ability to manage multiple client launches and projects
