🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years SaaS onboarding, customer success, PM, or coaching experience
  • Ability to manage scope and timelines across multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Boolean search (AND, OR, NOT) and operators
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Comfort with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
  • Adapt quickly to new software and changing requirements
  • Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service
  • Data-driven decision making using metrics and feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication; build relationships quickly
