- Able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfort with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
- Adapt quickly to new software and changing requirements
- Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service
- Data-driven decision making using metrics and feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication; build relationships quickly
