  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new SMB restaurant partners from sales handoff to go-live.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously; meet SLA targets and activation goals.
  • Configure POS systems, kiosks, tablets, menus, and delivery integrations.
  • Set up menus, pricing, modifiers, taxes, and workflows; validate readiness prior to launch.
  • Deliver live onboarding sessions and training for restaurant owners and staff.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, Support, and Revenue Ops to resolve blockers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in customer support, onboarding, implementation, CS, or SaaS ops.
  • Experience with POS systems, restaurant tech platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident leading live training.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
