📋 Description

  • Independently welcome new customers and onboard them
  • Lead live product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
  • Learn product in depth and explain core features
  • Manage solution setup with guidance from senior team members on complex scenarios
  • Gather customer goals and questions to tailor onboarding experiences
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handoffs

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role (required)
  • Experience with software or technology products (preferred)
  • Exposure to CRM or customer tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight) a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Comfortable speaking with customers via video calls, email, and chat
  • Degree: 2 Year/Associate or Bachelor's (Required)
