  • At least 3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (CS/Support with training/implementation)
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Slack
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable manipulating/importing data
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication; able to build trust
  • Meticulous, precise, with good time management
  • Self-starter, team player; able to work autonomously
