- At least 3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (CS/Support with training/implementation)
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Slack
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable manipulating/importing data
- Impeccable written and verbal communication; able to build trust
- Meticulous, precise, with good time management
- Self-starter, team player; able to work autonomously
