📋 Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor the launch of our global onboarding platform for clients.
  • Become a Deel expert and guide customers by understanding products, trends, and landscape.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and align use cases with Deel’s best practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems with global payroll expertise.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D; document onboarding processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • 2+ years in customer onboarding or implementation for a B2B SaaS product (HR/payroll/finance).
  • Strong customer relationships and ability to teach others.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written, presentation, and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: 3+ yrs SaaS implementation; global experience; JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight.
