📋 Description

  • Onboard SMB customers on Payoneer onboarding journey
  • Use Salesforce to drive KYC approvals; provide phone/email/WhatsApp support
  • Use Salesloft/Marketo for scalable onboarding communications
  • Engage customers, handle objections, and negotiate deals
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and first-time payments
  • Partner with Sales to drive growth and onboard e-commerce partners (Amazon/Shopee/eBay)

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or current bachelor’s degree student
  • 4+ years B2B SMB sales/service experience
  • Strong sales acumen; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; additional South Asian language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and organized reporting
