- Strong commercial acumen and comfort operating in ambiguous, forward-looking problem spaces.
- Deep curiosity about customer behavior, motivation, and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders through insight.
- Comfort influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed orgs (Product, Commercial, Analytics, GTM).
- 3+ years of managerial experience preferred.
