  • Define loyalty and retention strategy for FanDuel Predicts.
  • Develop long-term vision for gamification, loyalty, and retention innovation.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market to shape value proposition for existing customers.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on innovation priorities to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in strategy, consulting, loyalty, analytics, product strategy, or customer innovation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort operating in ambiguous, forward-looking problem spaces.
  • Deep curiosity about customer behavior, motivation, and loyalty.
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders through insight.
  • Comfort influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed orgs (Product, Commercial, Analytics, GTM).
  • 3+ years of managerial experience preferred.
