  • Strong cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications
  • Excellent storytelling and writing; translate technical outcomes into narratives
  • Experience building and managing customer reference programs
  • Track record working with Product teams via feedback programs or advisory boards
  • Comfort with Analyst Relations; prepping customers for briefings
  • Strong project management; juggle multiple launches, events, programs
