- Strong cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Excellent storytelling and writing; translate technical outcomes into narratives
- Experience building and managing customer reference programs
- Track record working with Product teams via feedback programs or advisory boards
- Comfort with Analyst Relations; prepping customers for briefings
- Strong project management; juggle multiple launches, events, programs
