- Strong creative and trend fluency for platform-native formats.
- Excellent editorial judgment for hooks, pacing, sequencing, amplification.
- Experience working with customers, advocates, and cross-functional teams.
- Clear project leadership across Sales, PMM, Comms, Creative.
- Video and visual intuition to raise velocity and quality.
