  • Develop integrated customer engagement programs to drive retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Lead customer advocacy, including case studies, testimonials, referrals, and speaking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content/brand teams to craft stories, videos, and testimonials showing outcomes.
  • Drive expansion marketing with targeted campaigns, messaging, and enablement assets.
  • Oversee the customer advisory board and Avetta Summits, curating sessions and speakers.
  • Define and manage customer marketing KPIs and reporting linking programs to pipeline and renewals.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, lifecycle, or demand gen.
  • Proven success building and scaling customer advocacy, ABM, retention.
  • Experience managing customer advisory boards, conferences, and events.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and review platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and positioning to translate value into clear narratives.
  • Excellent PM and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, CS, Sales, and Product.
