- Proven success building and scaling customer advocacy, ABM, retention.
- Experience managing customer advisory boards, conferences, and events.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and review platforms.
- Strong storytelling and positioning to translate value into clear narratives.
- Excellent PM and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, CS, Sales, and Product.
