- Strong systems thinker; scalable lifecycle programs with AI/automation.
- Hands-on email and in-app channels (Pendo) with segmentation and journeys.
- Deep analytical skills; build performance frameworks and ROI focus.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, Pendo.
- Independent, data-driven, able to operate in ambiguity and drive adoption.
