  • Own and scale onboarding and adoption lifecycle strategy.
  • Build multi-channel journeys (email, in-app) using data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS Lifecycle/Customer/Product Marketing with end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong systems thinker; scalable lifecycle programs with AI/automation.
  • Hands-on email and in-app channels (Pendo) with segmentation and journeys.
  • Deep analytical skills; build performance frameworks and ROI focus.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, Pendo.
  • Independent, data-driven, able to operate in ambiguity and drive adoption.
