- 5+ years in customer marketing (B2B preferred; finance/tech a plus)
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional storytelling and writing across formats and channels
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring engagement and program impact
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle in acquisition, expansion, and retention
