  • Track, analyze, and report on customer marketing campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer marketing (B2B preferred; finance/tech a plus)
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing across formats and channels
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring engagement and program impact
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle in acquisition, expansion, and retention
