  • Own post-sales marketing: lifecycle programs, webinars, advocacy.
  • Design and execute lifecycle programs: onboarding, adoption, renewals.
  • Build and optimize automated nurture flows with CS onboarding.
  • Own webinar program end-to-end tied to product releases.
  • Produce/manage all customer communications across email, newsletters, in-app.
  • Design in-product marketing programs and collaborate with Product/CS.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in customer lifecycle/growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record designing multi-touch marketing programs that drive retention/expansion.
  • Experience planning/hosting customer webinars.
  • Familiarity with in-product marketing tools (Appcues, Pendo, Intercom).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Self-starter able to build programs from scratch.
