  • 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and commercial metrics.
  • Strong design thinking and effective project management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail across multiple projects.
  • Baseline understanding of marketing platforms, ESPs, and CDP technologies.
