  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Dixa (AI features) is a plus
  • AI literacy: fundamentals and practical AI tool use
  • Love numbers: build formulas, forecasts, analyze data
  • Improve systems: simplify workflows, scalable processes
  • Proficient with Notion and Google Sheets; Looker knowledge
  • Curious mind: ask why, root-cause analysis, attentive to details
