• You are the face and voice of Butternut Box for our customers.
• You brighten dogs and owners with small gestures.
• You support customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• You handle a wide range of questions, issues, and feedback.
• You share customer insights with the team to improve our service.
• You contribute to our warm, open, and fun Butternut culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch, French and English fluency.
• Customer-centric and energized by helping people.
• Independent but a strong team player.
• Eye for detail and multitask effectively.
• Based in London area with valid UK Right to Work.
• Willing to travel to Amsterdam a few times a year.
