- Manage full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery and billing.
- Collaborate with 3PLs, customers, and internal teams to optimise supply chain.
- Oversee EDI processes (orders, invoices, DESADV) with central EDI team.
- Monitor data accuracy in SAP customer and pricing data.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Provide cover for European colleagues as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- 3+ years in order management or logistics with stakeholder engagement.
- FMCG and major retail customer experience preferred.
- Fluent English; French and/or Dutch a plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables) and MS Office.
