🎯 Requirements

  • Proven lifecycle/CRM marketing experience (SaaS/tech).
  • Strong segmentation, automation, multi-channel messaging, CRM data.
  • Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication; collaborate with UK and Ireland teams.
  • Experience with Intercom; Salesforce or HubSpot marketing automation is a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to automate and scale lifecycle communications.
