- Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication; collaborate with UK and Ireland teams.
- Experience with Intercom; Salesforce or HubSpot marketing automation is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate and scale lifecycle communications.
