  • Design multi-channel upsell/cross-sell campaigns using product usage data.
  • Build and optimize retention programs to reduce churn.
  • Own the customer advocacy engine: reviews, case studies, references.
  • Partner with CS to design onboarding/activation journeys (email, in-app, webinars) that accelerate value.
  • Develop engagement touchpoints (newsletters, webinars, events) to keep customers informed and connected to the LogicGate community.
  • Lead the annual customer conference (Agility) planning and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle/marketing.
  • Deep expertise in post-sale programs from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Strong analytics with CDPs, product analytics (Pendo/Amplitude), and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Demonstrated ability to design/execute experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional PM skills to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to craft messaging and influence stakeholders.
