- 6+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle/marketing.
- Deep expertise in post-sale programs from onboarding to advocacy.
- Strong analytics with CDPs, product analytics (Pendo/Amplitude), and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Demonstrated ability to design/execute experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional PM skills to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to craft messaging and influence stakeholders.
