  • Own strategy and execution of data-driven lifecycle programs to maximize LTV.
  • Drive product adoption, reduce churn, and expand revenue across onboarding to expansion.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey to realize platform value.
  • Partner with CS, Sales, Product, and Operations to create data-driven experiences.
  • Report to Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle or growth marketing.
  • Deep expertise in data-driven post-sale programs (onboarding to advocacy).
  • Strong analytics with Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel; HubSpot/Marketo for segmentation.
  • Proven ability to design and run experimentation (A/B testing).
  • Excellent project management in fast-paced, cross-functional envs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
