  • Proven framework design for success plans, risk, EBRs; drives NRR/GRR.
  • Cross-functional influence with RevOps, Product, Sales, CS Leadership.
  • Content strategy: create playbooks, templates, value storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset: interpret health, churn, and usage to prioritize.
