Customer Insights Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards across five markets.
• Run segmentation, cohort analyses, and A/B tests in Python or R.
• Design, deploy, and manage surveys end-to-end with Survey To Go.
• Code and tag qualitative data; support mixed-methods research.
• Translate findings into exec-ready charts and slides; handle PII per policy.
• Hybrid role with Kenya office; collaborate across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as data analyst or mixed-methods researcher.
• Hands-on Looker: build dashboards from scratch; Python or R skills.
• Experience with field survey tools in low-connectivity environments.
• Some UX research exposure; understands qualitative coding and usability studies.
