Customer Implementation Manager, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Pre-sale support: advise leaders on consulting, tests, and deployment needs.
• Post-sale implementation: plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon products.
• Project management: oversee large deployments, define milestones, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Customer interaction: collaborate with C-Suite, IT, and Security Directors to drive adoption.
• Training and documentation: develop training plans and materials; document deployment milestones.
• Tool proficiency: utilize Smartsheets to manage timelines, resources, and status.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and tracking.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to structure projects and align stakeholders.
