Customer Implementation Manager, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sale and post-sale deployments for Axon products.
• Serve as trusted advisor; align stakeholders and timelines.
• Plan and execute complex software/hardware deployments.
• Coordinate training and create deployment docs for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Finance, and Product teams.
• Manage project scope, milestones, and status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Experience implementing/leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar PM tools.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; align milestones and stakeholders.
