Customer Implementation Manager (d/f/m)

📋 Description

• Own the customer data migration process end-to-end.
• Reformat raw data to Leapsome's schema and upload assets.
• Work in Google Sheets; automate with Google Apps Script.
• Communicate with customers: set expectations and timelines.
• Guide customers on data structure for long-term viability.
• Coordinate CS, Onboarding, Sales and Product; track migration progress.

• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency; scripts (Apps Script) to automate tasks.
• Own complex, multi-layer data projects end-to-end.
• Keen eye for data quality; catch inconsistencies early.
• Customer-centric with strong communication and expectation mgmt.
• Familiar with product features, APIs, and webhooks; integration mindset.
• Highly organized; reliable CS data specialist.
