  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in customer service, project coordination, or technical support.
  • Experience in Professional Services or implementation environments is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of software implementation processes and onboarding best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interact with diverse customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
