- Experience in customer lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, triggers, and lifecycle automation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and customer analytics tools.
- Experience building customer advocacy and reference programmes (case studies, testimonials).
- Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Experience designing and running ABM programmes for enterprise accounts.
