  • Drive revenue from existing customers via expansion, cross-sell and upsell.
  • Lead customer growth marketing strategies for engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Develop multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, webinars, events, digital) to drive adoption.
  • Partner with CS, Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities across the journey.
  • Support enterprise marketing with ABM programs and tailored campaigns for priority accounts.
  • Build targeted campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and expansion initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, triggers, and lifecycle automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and customer analytics tools.
  • Experience building customer advocacy and reference programmes (case studies, testimonials).
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Experience designing and running ABM programmes for enterprise accounts.
