🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in corporate Training & Development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; facilitation experience
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
- Public speaking to large groups in-person or via web
- Experience with eLearning software and curriculum development
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google apps; LMS
