🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in corporate Training & Development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; facilitation experience
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
  • Public speaking to large groups in-person or via web
  • Experience with eLearning software and curriculum development
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google apps; LMS
