π― Requirements
- Fluent in French (written and verbal) and English (essential)
- 1+ year experience in customer service or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software
- Proven track record in evaluating and mitigating risk
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, self-motivated, independent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
