📋 Description

  • Research design & execution: IDIs, usability tests, ethnography.
  • Lead multi-method research projects with minimal supervision.
  • Translate insights into prioritized, actionable product recommendations.
  • Embedded in a product team; collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers.
  • Mentor juniors; contribute to a strong research culture.
  • Conduct continuous customer discovery as a standing practice.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer/UX research; lead projects; strong interviewing.
  • Extensive qualitative methods experience; strong analysis.
  • Bachelor's in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design, or related.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
  • Experience with mixed-methods research; fintech familiarity (Preferred).
  • Experience with tools like UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail (Preferred).
