  • Improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, incl. 1 year in active trader role.
  • Active Series 7 & 63.
  • Series 3 & 4 a bonus.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to improve product and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate escalated customers.
  • Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
