- 3+ years in financial services; at least 1 year in active trader role or on a trade desk.
- Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- Bonus if Series 3 & 4.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to enhance functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record handling escalated customers and de-escalation.
- Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce).
