  • Support initiatives to improve ASAT and QA with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and analyze customer issues; provide thorough, effective solutions.
  • Develop SME in Options and Margin trading to handle queries.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and escalate findings.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding processes.
  • This role is based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake offices with onboarding five days per week.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in financial services; at least 1 year in active trader role or on a trade desk.
  • Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Bonus if Series 3 & 4.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to enhance functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record handling escalated customers and de-escalation.
  • Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce).
