  • Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and analyze customer issues, providing timely, effective solutions.
  • Develop SME in Options and Margin trading to handle complex queries.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding.
  • Address escalated issues with swift resolution while balancing compliance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer experience in financial services, incl. 1 year active trader role.
  • Active Series 7 & 63.
  • Desirable: Series 3 & 4.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Engineering to improve functionality.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate escalated customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).
