- 2+ years of customer experience in financial services, incl. 1 year active trader role.
- Active Series 7 & 63.
- Desirable: Series 3 & 4.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Engineering to improve functionality.
- Proven ability to de-escalate escalated customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).
