🎯 Requirements

  • 1 year experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process customer requests accurately
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
  • Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and effective in a high-paced contact center environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities during peak periods
