📋 Description

  • Engage with customers via phone and email; manage a daily ticket volume.
  • Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency goals.
  • Improve support processes by identifying opportunities and solutions.
  • Build expert knowledge of BRUNT's product portfolio to guide customers.
  • Learn policies and workflows; make customer-focused decisions aligned with BRUNT's values.
  • Support Community Team; attend HQ Open House/Garage Events Thu 4-7 PM.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (retail, in-person, call center, or remote).
  • Proven ability to deliver amazing customer experiences and meet SLAs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while helping customers.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to report to HQ in North Reading, MA four days per week.
