🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service (retail, in person, call center, or remote).
• Proven ability to drive amazing CX with positive feedback and timely responses.
• Resolve customer issues with composure and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency managing Shopify, Loop, Aircall, and Gorgias.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
