  • Own end-to-end CX pillar operations and KPIs
  • Lead a team of 2 direct reports; set goals and rhythms
  • Drive BPO vendor performance including QA and staffing
  • Partner with Product Ops/Eng/Design to scope and launch changes
  • Build dashboards for weekly reviews; diagnose root causes
  • Lead incident management and continuous improvement across geographies

  • 6+ years in CX/support ops, service delivery, or program mgmt
  • 2+ years people management with direct reports
  • Vendor/BPO ops experience with SLAs, QA, WFM, capacity planning
  • SQL for data querying; Looker or Tableau; advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to launch automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
