  • Monitor data issues across CX systems (Churnzero, Intercom, Salesforce, BigQuery) and fix.
  • Partner with Finance/Revenue to track contracting, onboarding, renewals, churn.
  • Detect early signals of at-risk renewals and design CS playbooks.
  • Analyze and improve Customer Health Score and related processes.
  • Build and maintain centralized dashboards for CX functions.
