📋 Description

  • Lead 12-15 licensed Concierge Desk team members to deliver results
  • Develop agents in value-added conversations and proactive outreach
  • Coach and mentor team to achieve asset growth and high quality standards
  • Provide service in a live-support, proactive outreach environment
  • Collaborate with Middle-Office, Back-Office, Risk, and Compliance
  • Document patterns of customer inquiries for root-cause fixes with engineering

🎯 Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 or 9/10 Licenses
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 4+ years in customer-facing operations
  • 4+ years managing customer-facing teams
  • Strong management toolkit with a track record
  • Experience in a high-paced proactive environment
