  • CX Manager aligns external partners with Nabis mission and operations.
  • Liaises with Brands and teams to standardize communications.
  • Trains Brands to use the Nabis portal and SOPs for customers.
  • Acts as day-to-day ops controller, flags issues and escalates.
  • Manages Brand onboarding and maintains white-glove service.
  • Collaborates with Ops to improve touchpoints and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong communication across Zendesk, Slack, phone, and channels.
  • Problem-solving, ownership, and leadership.
  • Cannabis industry distribution knowledge.
  • Data-driven decision making with KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
