  • Onboard, train, and develop the Customer Org (AMs/CSMs/Client Execs).
  • Lead onboarding programs and create scalable learning processes.
  • Coordinate with product ops/marketing to share updates.
  • Partner with RevOps to build training playbooks for tools like ReTool, SFDC, Pocus, Gong.
  • Support adoption of critical internal tools and forecasting processes.
  • Hybrid Seattle-based role with in-office and remote days.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in front-line customer-facing roles and hitting goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; eye for design.
  • Deep familiarity with CSM tech stack (Salesforce, Vitally, Outreach, Gong).
  • Ability to learn product/technical concepts quickly and explain clearly.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem solving.
