🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in front-line, customer-facing role with goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented.
  • CSM tech stack: Salesforce, Vitally, Outreach, Gong.
  • Able to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
