π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in a front-line customer-facing role with a track record of meeting goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; eye for design and detail.
- Familiarity with CSM tech stack: Salesforce, Vitally, Outreach, Gong.
- Ability to learn quickly and explain product/technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
