  • Lead onboarding, training, and development of the Customer Org.
  • Create and maintain onboarding/training programs aligned with product updates.
  • Translate product/industry updates into digestible content for the customer team.
  • Partner with RevOps to create training playbooks for tools (ReTool, SFDC, Pocus, Gong).
  • Plan live sessions to boost product attachment, retention, and growth.
  • Track ramp time and provide onboarding insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in a front-line customer-facing role with a track record of meeting goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with CSM tech stack: Salesforce, Vitally, Outreach, Gong.
  • Ability to learn quickly and explain product/technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
