- Based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake; in-person 3 days every other week.
- Shifts: Sun-Thu 1pm-10pm EST or Tue-Sat 1pm-10pm EST.

- 2+ years of full-time work experience
- Basic understanding of financial products a plus
- Experience with text or email customer support
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce
