  • Based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake; in-person 3 days every other week.
  • Shifts: Sun-Thu 1pm-10pm EST or Tue-Sat 1pm-10pm EST.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience
  • Basic understanding of financial products a plus
  • Experience with text or email customer support
  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce
