  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm, professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented; comfortable with Zendesk, Notion, Google Workspace.
  • Proactive mindset to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
  • Curiosity about fintech, financial inclusion, and global money movement.
