  • 3-5 years in customer support, customer success, or CX in fintech/payments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to detail; comfortable with Zendesk, Notion, Google Workspace.
  • Proactive mindset to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
  • Genuine curiosity about fintech and improving global money movement.
