  • Provide white-glove support to internal and external Nabis Partners.
  • Support customer experience managers with ad-hoc projects.
  • General assistance to Operations Managers.
  • Execute inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Maintain response times, missed call rates, and other KPIs.
  • Monitor communications to keep other departments informed and responsive.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 years relevant customer service experience
  • Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong, timely communication across platforms with grammar and tone
  • High level of patience and empathy for Nabis Partners
  • Experience with de-escalation and client retention
