π― Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years relevant customer service experience
- Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
- Basic math skills
- Strong, timely communication across platforms with grammar and tone
- High level of patience and empathy for Nabis Partners
- Experience with de-escalation and client retention
